MasterGraphics Earns Top Ranking for CAD Training in North America
July 22, 2008 - MADISON, Wis. MasterAcademy Professional Learning Center, the Chicago-based training division of MasterGraphics, was recognized by Autodesk for top marks among all 238 Authorized Training Centers in North America at its recent Autodesk Technical Camp held in Dallas, Tex.
The company was presented with the Authorized Training Center (ATC) award for "Distinguished Performance for Autodesk Inventor Software Training." The ATC Awards recognize partners based on their instructional performance on the top five Autodesk products: AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit Architecture and Autodesk Inventor software. Both qualitative and quantitative data collected from course participants are used to select ATC honorees.
"Every ATC attendee is asked to complete an online survey ranking the preparedness and performance of the instructor, as well as their satisfaction with the course," said Rolando Aguilera, program manager for Autodesk Americas Customer Learning. "We also conduct random face-to-face interviews with participants to gain additional insights into their experience. MasterGraphics consistently ranks very high on both types of participant feedback - a testament to their technical training expertise."
