Manufacturing Plants - If a drawing for a manufactured item or part is changed, the plant manager (as well as suppliers and vendors) receives virtually instant notification. A text message or email is sent to any computer or mobile device. Production is suspended as soon as possible so the least amount of money is lost on creating an incorrect or faulty assembly or part.
Home Builders - Plans are now available on line and can be printed at location cutting down on the costs and logistics of making multiple print sets. Utilizing the subscribe feature available in vivacé, change orders can be directly communicated to the field. Stores & Retail Chains - Automatically create customized signs and banners for retailers based on the store's login information. Retailers can send the images to an in-house printer or they can use a printing service set up specifically for them (i.e. Kinko's, Sir Speedy, etc.) and get on-demand printouts.
Government - A county recorder can digitize all the land records and make them accessible to the public via a web browser. Instant notification of filed liens or other encumbrances is possible by subscribing to a document or document set.
Department of Transportation - Electronically publish and distribute RFQ and RFP bid sets using a secure portal on the web. Simply subscribe to a bid set and automatically receive notification and a link to the modified bid set. Contractors can easily create print sets for printing locally or remotely.
Insurance Companies - Medical insurance companies can give their clients the most up-to-date forms using vivacé's subscription feature. This helps eliminate the need to mail out new documents each time a modification is made and helps reduce wasted paper since forms can be printed on-demand when needed. Additional benefit is provided to the consumer or medical establishment since claims will be processed more efficiently.
Custom Text Book Publishing - Schools and teachers can customize text book content by selecting items, text and portions of text books and then compile these excerpts and portions to create a custom text book. This can be sent to a printer and a bindery to create the final book.
