Skills Assessments

The goal for the MasterGraphics skills assessments is to determine the skill set of an individual. The results can be used to create a training path that matches the needs of the individual. The end result will be a more productive employee.

Employee Evaluations

Improve employee productivity by finding where they are not maximizing the CAD tools. Then a training plan can be developed to fill in the gaps. The results can be used to create a training path that matches the needs of the individual. The end result will be a more productive employee.

Pre Training Surveys

Students take a short assessment exam before attending MasterAcademy Level 2 classes.

Pre Employment Screening

Verify the knowledge of potential employees before they are hired. A pre employment assessment will verify the skill set of the job candidate.

Assessment Questions

Assessments can range from 10 - 100 questions depending upon the specified objectives that are being tested.

The assessment questions can range from True or False questions to questions that require the student use the specified application to create geometry to answer multiple choice questions.

The assessment questions can be selected from a generic pool of questions or questions can be created to match a companies specific job questions requirements.

Delivery

The skills assessment is delivered online and each student will be required to create a unique login to track the results.

Reports

A report will be generated that shows the results of the assessment.

Training

Create a training program that matches the results of the assessments. Training can consist of hands on to web based eLearning.
